I live in the East Coast and as some of you may know, we are all stuck in our houses due to "Hurricane Sandy." It’s been raining since yesterday evening and it’s been said that it’s only going to get worse. So, keep us in your prayers.
I so much love this necklace- purchased it from BCBG about 2 years ago (get yours here). On a brighter note, I’m wearing this BCBG wrap skirt I bought a while ago. What really stood out were the drapes & the beautiful cobalt color.
This draped/ ruched skirt is flattering on all shapes and sizes. If you're curvaceous, I’ll suggest you wear one with longer length.
I started the "Skinny Hip" segment about 2 months ago and the response has been incredible. Since October is drawing to a close, I wanted to recap all the previous features. Special thanks to everyone who participated.
One of my favorite online boutique stores is Aqua because of their unique apparels. I purchased this dress nearly a year ago and completely forgot about it. I stumbled upon it while looking for what to wear to a charity-networking event last month.
The flowing fabric and double slit adds an element of sexiness to this aqua dress.
Because I wanted to keep the focus on the dress, I accessorized with gold jewelry with a little pop of color with color-block sandals.

Cheers to a new week!!! I didn't get up to much this past weekend. In fact, the highlights of my weekend were going to the gym on Saturday morning and shooting a video with Michelle on Sunday.
As I’ve said before, one of my favorite new hobbies is working out. After so many years of speaking about signing up for a gym membership, I finally did in June. Prior to this- the last time that I truly worked out was when I ran track in high school. To be sincere, I had no clue that I would be this consistent. I'm really proud of myself and staying fit & healthy feels awesome!! What do you do to stay fit?
